We are a small organization that can respond flexibly to your RV repair and enhancement needs.

We do have a few policies that you should know about:

1. We do NOT work on a motorhome chassis, including engines, transmissions, tires, windshield, brakes, radiator, oil/filter change, etc.

2. We charge a minimum service call fee for the first visit ONLY (for the same problem) to your RV site in addition to our labor and parts charges. Since distances are so far in these areas, the cost of our time away from helping other customers due to travel must be considered. Trip charges might apply for extra long distances. Ask us before we come to your site.

3. We charge applicable sales tax for the areas we service for all parts we install.

4. We will work with your RV warranty or insurance company to help you get your repair paid by them, but we do require that you pay us for the entire invoice. Your warranty company will then remburse you directly. Some parts require advance payment.
